The Changthang Wildlife Sanctuary, which is located in Ladakh, India, is supposed to be one of the last remaining natural habitats where the endangered snow leopard lives. The Changthang plateau is also known as the 'lunar' desert and is located on the western side of the Himalayas. With so many wild animals still living here, it is the perfect place for serious photographers, wildlife enthusiasts and film crews. Also, the nearby Pangong Lake, which is naturally formed, is so spectacular that several Bollywood movies and adventure films have been shot there.
