One of the 51 Shakti peeths in India associated with Maa Sati is the Devi Talab Temple. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Durga. This sacred place is one of India's older temples and is believed to have existed for more than 200 years. The temple's beginnings can be traced back to religious scriptures, which state that the right breast of Devi Sati fell at the location of the temple.
