Desert National Park, one of India's biggest parks, is located in Rajasthan around 40 kilometers from Jaisalmer. Everything a desert ecosystem has to offer can be found here. The vast majority of Desert National Park is covered by sand dunes. Some of the resident wildlife species include Black Buck, Chinkara, Desert Fox, Hare, and Wolf, to name a few. The Sudashri watch tower is a notable feature in the park, allowing visitors to observe the sanctuary's resident species.
