Khwaja Garib Nawaz Dargah is the tomb of Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishti, a Sufi saint who came in Ajmer from Persia in 1192. Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishti has a distinct place among the world's spiritual healers. The tomb, built of white marble, has 11 arches and a Persian inscription that runs the entire length of the structure. It has a marble dome and a silver platform surrounding the actual tomb inside. During his reign, even Emperor Akbar made an annual pilgrimage to Ajmer. Throughout the year, devotees offer 'chadar' to obtain the Sufi saint's blessings.
