The Beatles Ashram, which was once known as the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ashram, rose to prominence after being visited by the renowned band, The Beatles. During their visit in 1968, The Beatles wrote more than 50 songs here. The ashram was afterward abandoned but was once again made available to visitors in 2015. Currently, tourists and locals alike visit the Beatles Ashram, with the majority of visitors being fans of the band.
